Agency Pulse

Terms of Service

Last updated October 21, 2026

Draft — being reviewed by our lawyer before launch.

These terms are between your agency and Gold Standard Web LLC ("we"), which runs Agency Pulse. By installing Agency Pulse you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't install it.

What you get

A dashboard of your client accounts, daily health scores and alerts, and branded client reports, as described in the app listing. We may improve or change features; we won't remove a core feature you pay for without telling you first.

Billing

Plans, the free trial and payment are handled by your CRM's app marketplace on the card your agency has on file there. Prices are on the listing. Refunds follow the marketplace's refund policy. If you go over your plan's client-account limit, reports pause for the newest accounts beyond it until you change plans; nothing is deleted.

Your responsibilities

Your data

It's yours. We use it only to run Agency Pulse for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it any time and delete it by disconnecting.

Accuracy

Numbers, health scores and alerts come from what your CRM reports and our calculations. They're a guide to help you spot problems early, not a guarantee. Check anything important in your CRM before acting on it.

Availability

We aim to keep Agency Pulse running all the time, but we don't promise it will never be down, and some features depend on your CRM's service being available.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can disconnect any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay, after telling you. After disconnecting, your data is read-only for 30 days and then deleted.

Changes and contact

We'll email agency owners before material changes to these terms. Questions: hello@goldstandardweb.com.
