Privacy Policy

Agency Pulse is run by Gold Standard Web LLC ("we"). It connects to your agency's CRM, reads activity from your client accounts, and turns it into a dashboard, alerts and reports. This page says exactly what we read, what we keep, and when we delete it.

The short version

• We never store message text, or your clients' customers' names, email addresses or phone numbers.
• We store counts, dates and times, IDs, statuses, channels, lead sources and deal or payment amounts — what the numbers need, nothing more.
• We only read. We never send messages, change contacts or change anything in your CRM.
• We don't sell or share your data, and we don't use it to train AI.
• When you disconnect, you can still view and export your data for 30 days. Then it's deleted.

What we read from your CRM

With the permissions you approve when you install, we read, for each client account:

• New contacts: when they were created, their lead source and tags. Not their name, email or phone.
• Messages: when each was sent, whether it was incoming or outgoing, and the channel (text, email, chat, call). Not what it said.
• Appointments: when they were booked and for when, and whether they were kept, missed or cancelled.
• Deals: pipeline, stage, status, value, source and dates.
• Payments: amount, currency, status and date.
• The account's name, timezone and business email (to suggest who gets its report).

Names, emails and phone numbers in what the CRM sends us are dropped before anything is saved. Webhooks are stored only as IDs and times.

What we keep about you

• Your agency's name, timezone, logo, colours and report settings.
• For each team member who opens Agency Pulse: their CRM user ID, name, role, and the email they give us for alerts.
• The email addresses you enter to receive client reports.
• Access tokens for your CRM, encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
• Report PDFs we send, so you can download them again.

Who processes data for us

• Netlify (hosting and file storage), Neon (database, United States), Resend (sending email), Sentry (error reports, with personal data removed).
• Your CRM provider, which bills you for Agency Pulse.

Emails

We email your team alerts and summaries, and email your clients the reports you schedule, from your agency's name. Every alert email has a link to stop them. A hosted copy of each client report stays reachable by its private link for 180 days.

How long we keep it

While you're connected we keep up to the last 13 months of daily numbers. If you disconnect or stop paying, your account becomes read-only for 30 days so you can export, and then everything — numbers, settings, files and team members — is deleted.

Your choices

You can export your data as CSV at any time, change who gets emails, or disconnect from Settings. To ask what we hold or to have it deleted sooner, email hello@goldstandardweb.com. We answer within one business day.

Changes

If we change what we collect, we'll update this page and email agency owners before the change takes effect.
